If for any reason there is a problem with your grocery order, please contact our customer service department immediately at and they will walk you through the claim process. As part of the claim process, you will have the option to have the item replaced, returned for a refund or credit to your account for use on future orders. Any problems with your grocery order must be reported withing 24 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a credit or refund.
