If for any reason there is a problem with your grocery order, please contact our customer service department immediately at support@fresh-at-home.com and they will walk you through the claim process. As part of the claim process, you will have the option to have the item replaced, returned for a refund or credit to your account for use on future orders. Any problems with your grocery order must be reported withing 24 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a credit or refund.
